Sometimes, our bodies don’t cooperate with us.  Or is it that we don’t cooperate with our bodies?  Hence, their refusal to cooperate with us.

Well, my body has been sending me a message for months and now, I must listen because I am unable to work effectively.  I must rest and let my body recuperate. 

We will still have our Fall Activism@Work but I will have to rely more on others this time around.  It’s not bad relying on others but it is uncharacteristic of me.

May we all be healthier and relaxed in the coming months.
